Happy Feb. 29th...See you in four years

In honor of Leap Year we found a 3-year-old going on 12. I got this assignment to photograph her during an interview...lame, lame, lame. No offense to the word people, but we photographers should be more creative than that. After calling Megan's mother and setting up a time with her neighbor's trampoline, ordering 24 balloons and coaxing two co-workers into assisting, we were set. Megan was so outgoing and open to anything I asked her to do, including jumping about 400 times while I photographed her. I still don't think she understood the idea I had in mind. I mean how could she, I didn't even have an idea in mind, well kinda, but not really. Anyway, mad props to Chad for his Photoshop cutout skills and for being a lighting grip and to Jill for helping move the trampoline, for being a human light stand and for her creative input. I think it turned out well for being on deadline...

See you in four years...

Nice work. Much better than my standard issue kid playing in the yard photo for our Leap Baby story.
