Here is a follow up to the Silver Creek girls basketball team from my previous post. They lost to Broomfield in the Class 4A State Championship game 50-34. I meant to post this last week, but I just found the time...see an audio slideshow
here. I did the show on deadline, so it has some rough spots. I hate excuses, but it is a lot of work to do in one afternoon/early morning. I may go back and fix it later. (FYI, I always say that and then another comes down the pipeline.)
I thought this was a nice moment caught between assistant coach Tom Kramer and his daughter, Janelle in the team's locker room after the game. Tom Kramer has been coaching some girls on the team since they were in second grade and now their time spent on the court is over.
