Mayan Fire Ceremony

You never really know what to expect when you get an assignment that says you are going to a "Hippie Party." Walking into the unknown is great sometimes. Turns out it really wasn't a hippie party like I thought it would be, but it was a Mayan Fire Ceremony on the "Blue Moon." For those of you who have never heard of a blue moon it is when there are two full moons in one month. This happened on Saturday, June 30 (depending on where you live, apparently.) Aum-Rak, a Mayan Shaman from Guatemala was on hand to perform the ancient ceremony.
