Cuisine

Back when I was in art school I hated shooting food. Spending hours in the studio I used to think "I'm never gonna use this stuff." Needless to say, food photography is not my strong suit and I've had my fair share of cuisine assignments as of late, that's for sure. I spent an evening up in Allenspark at a swanky restaurant, you know, one of those places that takes 3 hours to eat. Even with all that time between courses, I only had a split second to actually shoot the food, since my photo work was not the top priority of the chef. But, who could blame him when a dish costs the hungry customer $50? I shouldn't have gone there hungry...
